Established during the founding of University of Kabridahar in 2010 E.C., the College of Natural and Computational Science has undergone dynamic development over its four and a half years. Our college proudly hosts six departments, offering seven undergraduate programs, with plans to introduce new programs in the coming year 2015 E.C.

By 2022 E.C., the College aspires to be one of the premier institutions in the country.

Objectives

Manpower Development:
- Produce skilled professionals for diverse sectors, from industries to research institutions, meeting the demands of a growing economy.
Knowledge Dissemination:
- Actively contribute to science and related fields through regional networking, workshops, symposia, and publications.
Consultancy and Training:
- Develop capabilities for providing consultancy, technical services, and specialized training to both public and private sectors.
Community-Based Education (CBE):
- Promote the philosophy of CBE to bring about tangible change through community participation and intersectoral collaboration.
Societal Contribution:
- Contribute to societal development through the training of responsive professionals, high-quality research, and professional advocacy.

Currently, the College of Natural and Computational Sciences boasts over 400 undergraduate students. In the upcoming year 2015 E.C., the college plans to launch BSc and MSc programs, aiming to increase student enrollment. We actively undertake tasks aligned with the university’s vision, mission, and the broader national objectives.

Recognizing the foundational role of knowledge transfer, the College of Natural and Computational Science prioritizes excellence in the teaching-learning process. To enhance practical learning, the college is actively working to establish laboratory classes.
