Abdifetah Ahmed Rabi and vice president of academic affairs professor Abdisalam Abdullahi Mohammed have been in India and signed a mutual agreement with two (2) universities (SRM University & Hindustan University) and an agreement has been reached to an agreement with two (2) Universities (Anna University & Indian Institute of Technology).

2. Exchange of students and faculty
3. Providing 1st and 2nd degree and PhD free education
4. It includes providing assistance and assistance to academic killers and research.
